These Terms apply to all users of this website and/or any paying customer (collectively, “You”). For the purpose of this Agreement,

“Content” means all information (including without limitation any text, music, sound, images, video, graphics, data or software), in any medium.
“Service” means: (i) the use of this website, (ii) any consultation received, without limitation, through email, calls, recordings, reports or written material.

General:

All Content delivered to You through the Service is for informational purposes only and shall not be used as a substitute for professional advice. Tara Vedic Astrology is not liable for any decisions or actions taken by You based on the Service.

Intellectual Property

All Content provided through the Service is protected by copyright law. No portion of this material may be reproduced and/or published in any medium or form, whether or not used for any commercial purpose, without prior written permission from Tara Vedic Astrology. This includes the use of the Tara Vedic Astrology name.

This website contains copyrighted images, the use of which has not always been authorized by the copyright owner. Such images are made available for research and educational purposes regarding Vedic Astrology. This constitutes a 'fair use' of any such copyrighted images as provided for in section 107 of the US Copyright Law. If You wish to use copyrighted images from this site for purposes of Your own that go beyond 'fair use', You must obtain permission from the copyright owner.

Cancellations:

You have the right to cancel Your appointment and receive a refund within 24 hours of booking a consultation. Thereafter, all fees are not refundable. Tara Vedic Astrology has the right to refuse service to You at its sole discretion, and will promptly refund You any prepaid fees for services not rendered.
